But he knows what he’s talking bout with his description of 2 stroke reeds and how they work. Owned dozens myself from mid 80s kx 80, 89 rm 80, 81 cr 250, a 89 cr 500 and Yamahas too. But thanks for stating the obvious. Just HAD to impart your wisdom didn’t ya?😂

The problem you may be having with the splatter could be you have the polarity backwards. You should have the ground clam on the positive connection and the fun on negative. Some welders let you hook it up both ways.

@jesseserfling6807 6 жыл бұрын
CryinBranston yes true but most flux core setups are ac not dc.
@elesjuan
@elesjuan 6 жыл бұрын
Changing electrode positive to electrode negative doesn't change the current from AC to DC or DC to AC. GMAW steel is always DC. You'd only use GMAW AC for aluminum. Ergo, Fluxcore GMAW is still going to be DC current.
@jesseserfling6807
@jesseserfling6807 6 жыл бұрын
elesjuan ok the gun should always be negative and the clap should be positive except when welding super thin steel. No one said changing the polarity would make it ac. Please read before you coment. Ac is used for aluminium and also flux core wire. But he is having a splatter problem and most likely has the polarity backwards

At least it won't help anything if you take the welding pistol away from the welding spot when you stop welding and it's still fowing some gas... Nice work! They dont have that low down torque because of how they are factory tuned. If you put a aftermarket pipe and/or reeds it will change where the bike hits PB, you can make it hit down low if you want too, thats why they are ordering a vforce3 reed cage to change the powerband to hit smoother throughout the whole rev range.

She can shift easy but can't hold a bike up righ tyet. She is improving and her Dr is shocked seeing her walk around the room when she said who's paralyzed now. She can only walk about 100 feet and she has to lean against something or shit down to rest her feet.

I can't really say much about the setup of your new machine as I've never used the everlast mig.. However, it seems to be configured for post-flow gas. When you release the trigger, it'll continue to flow some gas after the arc has finished to continue cooling/shielding the weld. Personally.... Even as cheap as C25 gas is, I'd turn that off. Your current welding style isn't really benefiting from that anyway, so you'd save some gas by disabling post-flow gas. :) So far I'm loving my powertig 210ext. Seems like it was a good purchase! Hopefully these things hold up! I'm looking at maybe getting the PowerPlasma 60s machine next!

What little I've used it in the last few years, I still really like the machine. Really wish I could tell you I've run the thing really hard recently, but just haven't.

Where you clamp the rotor disc and chain sprocket to the round axle did you rough it up or is it as smooth as it came I feel it could slip even torqued right tight.

Just a little constructive criticism.. you should really get a better logo, you'd sell a lot more merch. Right now it's just some letters thrown together. You need something to represent what you do, what your channel is all about. Picture of a kart, engine, buggy, tools, bikes, tires, etc. Something more than just letters. Trust me on this, been in the logo design biz for 20 years.

I actually disagree the current RGB logo grabs a lot of attention every time I wear the hat people ask me what it is and I get to spread the word! Exactly what merchandise is designed to do!

When welding, you want it to sound like you are frying bacon. Also, a neat trick to tune in your wire feed, is by looking at the tip of the wire after you've welded, if there is a ball of metal at the end, you're running too much wire. That'll eliminate that spatter issue

He did that while waiting for parts , not instead of fixing the problem it had, when you own more shit than you can ride in one day, you find yourself building motors that run perfectly fine and doing hybrid motor swaps and making dirt bikes into trikes or trikes into quads or quads into go karts , two wheel drive into 4x4 and for no good reason at all besides why not.

It wouldnt work, bikes steering pivots at the frame, four wheelers pivot at the wheels, and if you used a straight axle the fork rake would mess the steering up.
