i tried to get the seals out of my forks today but they just wont come out do you know what i should do then? by the way the fork i am fixing i a 2015 crf110f

Make sure that little c clip holding it in, is out. If you can’t get it with a screwdriver, try a seal puller. Maybe 10 bucks from harbor freight(looks like a handle with a hook on the end). Soak the seal in penetration oil when ya run to the store. Make sure ya clean it out well before reassembling. If that fails, bearing puller! Good luck 👍

So are you saying it's 5.5 Oz of fluid for the CRF110? Or was that 5.5 inches from the top?

Forks fully compressed. 5 1/2 from the top. I marked it on a skewer used for cooking to make it easier lol. Good luck 🤙
