Honda CRF250X (CRF250R) Starter Clutch Repair

When I rebuilt the engine, the "GEAR, STARTING DRIVEN (38T)
28110-KSC-670" part of the gear clutch was rough so I turned it in the lathe to get it smooth again. I kept hearing some noise in my engine and figured that I might have taken off too much material and there was too much gap between the one way clutch and the outer clutch so I replaced it with a factory part.
