Honda CRF300L, Rally, Review of the OEM and Tyre Upgrade options

Hello, I find these tires to be the best street-legal option; however, there are some discussions about the tire size. Some people have mentioned that the Trackers 110/100/18 size is closer to 140mm in width. I would like to purchase Michelin Trackers for my Surron Ultra Bee, but anything close to 140mm is just too wide. Could you please measure the width from knob to knob at the widest points? You would help me a lot.

I just fitted a pair to my crf 250l and the frront does track on the road and feels like its fighting me in the corners probably tyre presures running at 20psi.... Edit it was tyre presures too high lowered tham to the right pressure and they are great on road now.

It’s interesting how different people have had different experiences with these tyres. Some say it’s just the first couple of hundred miles. Some say it’s the age of the tyre maybe gone too hard etc. I’m with you on the tyre pressure. You have to adjust it for your own personal ride, weight and road types. Cheers Mick.

What kind of windscreen do you have. Looks good

The brand is called Kompozit. It was an eBay purchase for around £60. Fits the 250 and 300. And bolts straight onto the fork clamp bolts. Makes a Huge difference when riding in bad weather.
