If your 12 volt socket that is near the two seat heater switches doesn't work you have to check fuse #27 (20 amp) along with the ACC fuse #19 (7.5 amp). The fuses in the video are for the 12 volt socket that is inside the center console hatch where the USB ports are not the front or forward 12 volt socket
