I have to agree with you about the 60 limit on some of the country roads. Plenty of folks seem to take that as a target where there is no visibility for horses or overtakes. I was on the 90 Cub this afternoon and drivers were doing stupid overtakes. Recommended by Mr Fish.

By the look of those roads, 30 mph is a little low, and will get dull after a while.

Nice run out, love running down the back lanes, I had heard that the speed limit on lanes was going to be 20 mph, which is a bit daft if you ask me.

I'd heard that they were changing the national speed limits to 20 mph in Surrey, which is, completely, bonkers. And, was thinking that if they did that on the A30, which, at the moment is anything from 40 - 60 mph, drivers/riders would be furious. I suppose, if it's just the single track roads, which don't justify a national speed limit - and they reduce the speed limit, on those, to 30 mph, it would be tolerable . Especially when most people will ride/drive down them at 35 - 40 mph anyway. Not me, of course.

Some of the villages are going to go down to 20. Some have been at 20 allready for years and the ones that are 30 you can't do 30 round them anyway cause the amount of traffic 😅

I like the little Honda's but how expensive are these older one's.. I have recently acquired a CB250rs which I like as much as my Triumph T100. Riding through the little lanes is ideal for using the smaller bikes. Mr. Fish was the quietest I have ever known him. What has happened to the Scottish trip?👍
