Honda Elite 80cc CH80 Scooter Spark Plug Replacement

In this video i will show you how to change the spark plug on your Honda Elite 80cc CH80 motor scooter. Once the covers come off it is pretty easy. Make sure to learn how to gap the spark plugs before reinstalling the spark plug.

Wondering if you could help me out. I mistakenly removed the cam chain tensioner bolt thinking it was the oil drain plug which it wasn't. The spring and piston fell out and I wasn't sure which way to put it back in. The spring is different on both ends and the piston has a yellow plastic tip on one end. I did get it back in and the scooter runs but now leaks oil from the bottom cam chain assembly plug while it's running. Thanks

I had the same problem with the air intake coming off the carb. It turned out that the tube between the carb and the head was worn out and was moving too much, I replaced the tube and haven't had the problem since.

Yeah i just found that out last year. I took the tube apart, and mended it with JB Weld. Works great, but for how long lol

Didn't get a real good look at the plug u pulled out, but it looked a bit lean... Hard to tell on the lil screen I'm watching on... Also it is a good idea to use anti- seize on spark plugs...

Yes it is a 4 stroke, but Honda discontinued them for the new Elite 110cc.
