Fingers crossed my friend, it's temporarily fixes, seems if I will have to buy a new carb here and make an adaptor to fit the engine on the one side and the carb on the other, to import a carb like this one from USA is way too expensive, I can add a bit and buy a new gennie lol, I even tried Honda South Africa, they have no stock, discontinued.

@@Pennies_on_the_dollar Hi Nelson, we did not have amazon here, I guess that is where you guys can get replica carbs cheap, If you can get a price I will transfer the money plus shipping via PayPal, let me know if you are willing to check if it is available, it is a Honda EM 500 generator manufactured mid 80's I guess, engine number 1442546 and carb number 06ACWDT, the T is somewhat skew, not sure about it, thanks my friend👌👍🙏

my old craftsman mower with a b&s engine always leaks no matter what I did to it so I installed an inline shut off and it works fine now.

Hi Jon, great to see you again, thanks for joining in and commenting my friend, this small gennie is so handy, we have permanent load shedding's, not always necessary to start the big one, this runs cheap and good for PC work and lights

Dave with the bad condition the carb is in I had to do some modifications as a short term solution, even this will not last, it needs a new carb urgently
