Owners of Honda Ridgeline models from 2017, 2018, 2019 and also Fit models from 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 using the infotainment system have reported an issue where, after connecting six devices via Bluetooth, the system does not allow any additional devices to be paired. The "add new device" choice is greyed out and their phone does not show when "connect an audio device" is selected.
