My insight 2010 is also meeting a similar problem. It is deciding when to accelerate. Placing the fuel peddle and no response. But when it decides to accelerate, it's working. This problem happens when I drive a long distance and especially when fuel level is low

Hey thanks for the video! So I tried ordering that filter exactly same part number but it's discontinued now. Does it look like you can get the filter housing apart without mutilating the housing completely? Would like to see if I can clean/replace the filter inside and reuse since nobody makes a replacement.

Hey there, I was wondering if you had any experience with the fuel pump relay? asking because my insight won't start and I'm thinking it's either the relay / the pump. I was hoping that it'd be the relay because that would be cheaper easier fix but they are impossible to find. Every shop I've called has said they are on back order or just can't find em... So short story long - my question is, if you have had replaced your relay, what the part number would be/ where you got it from?

What do you get for mpg? I have 02 cvt and running 45mpg. Is thst normal?

That sounds about right. Hypermiling on a manual can get you better mpg, but 45 is pretty decent for normal driving on cvt

I have recently disconnected my battery pack and have been getting 60 mpg with my CVT with regular driving to and from work. I was getting much better with the battery working and plugged in for the assist
