Wow. I'm still smiling just imagining what that was like. And the older I get, the more I realize that small bikes are where the fun is.

Just a sniff of what it can be like on a two stroke. God I wish you had video of the owner riding it. You barely got it on the pipe, from 10:00 on. I totally get it though it's not your bike. I rode an RZ 350 for a few years and when you get on the pipe/in the RPM range they want to be. THEY COME ALIVE! Below that is like you said, "it doesn't pull"

Oahu Diving , I have a small bike collection and am looking for an RS250 on the Mainland. They are few and far between and getting very valuable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at 16 on an aprilia SX50, only 50cc but compared to the 125cc 4 strokes i wasnt old enough to even ride it was genuinely faster. Got around 110mpg and made the most awesome sound at an unrestricted 15k rpm. Been looking at these as our whole family are 2 stroke lovers, we have a KDX220 endure here and a CR125 but no road bike (yet)

@@hubertkam7647 , this bike with all the mods would probably sell for $17,000 USD and nearly that in Canada or Europe.
