Well that was impressive and took dedication and Mechanical skill. Well done. I DID notice that the Guy couldn't lay down an even spray layer, and the gas welder nozzle was too close to the job, hence the sparks. Also, when working on an engine clean it THOROUGHLY before opening it, this save ⅔ of the cleaning time later. Finally my tips when spray painting wheels. Clamp a bicycle wheel by its hub bolt or drill a hole on a flat work surface to take it. Place wheel to be painted on its horizontal plane and revolve the painted wheel on it under your spray gun or can. Shine your work light over the shoulder of the arm you spray with so it lights where you see. .

I have the same bike and did a body restoration, the toughest part was getting body parts that needed changing, including stickers, cables inner headlamps and bulb holders, etc, which had to be bought online and shipped from various locations in Asia. So seeing the full rebuild of the motorcycle especially the engine with the new parts was amazing. A big well done, as all was done with very basic stuff and mainly outdoors.

Hey, first off, you fellas did a bang up job! I'm not trying to criticizing your craft in any negative way. Second, I did notice that the gas tank fill neck was not covered for any of the painting. That is something that anyone watching needs to be sure to do. No... A small amount of micro over spray won't catastrophically destroy an engine lol. However repeated spraying can build up a little film in the tank which if enough is in there, will absolutely cause a clogged fuel filter. Again, the bike looks phenomenal and I very much appreciate your professional level attention to detail gentleman! Keep up the great work and you definitely got a new subscriber lol. I've already shared your video with a couple of friends. Stay safe and stay healthy out there everyone!
