Great video - thank you for sharing - You need to torque down that front variator - you need a tool to do that. Belt is toast. Get a new real pully - maybe. That front washer is a restrictor for the belt - but I figure you already know this.

All you needed to do to grind the inner part of the front variatior. Because pulleys go to the sides with centrifugal force and closes the front variatior to the max, but worn out sides won't let the belt to reach to the max, so you should grind a like 50 mm of inner part (25 mm for both sides) of the front variatior(where the inner part of the variatior meets the bush) so that it has more way to squeeze the belt to the up. To experiment this, you can take out the front variatior and measure the with your hands. I mean, try to see where the belt reaches if the front variatior fully closed, line them up and put the belt between, see where it reaches to the top. It will not reach to the top. So grind the center of the fan and give it extra room to squeeze belt to the top. But you can't grind it without professional tool, grinding must be even, not even a 5 mm wave is accepted there.

I tried something if it works or not but if I want to put plus 10 km it is possible but everything will work marginally this I don't want

Notice how the CVT starts to move before the clutch bell starts spinning. The variator weights are too heavy. They are pushing the variator closed before the scooter starts moving. Go 2 to 3 grams lighter. Also, 20x15 weights fit better inside the variator to start with the variator more open than 21x15 weights. Dr. Pulley Sliding weights maintain the top speed while using the smaller 20x15 size and the 2 to 3 gram lighter weights. My 2015 PCX 150 currently has 20x15 21g sliding weights to maintain higher fuel efficiency for in town rides. I have 19x15 12g sliding weights on the way to liven the bike a bit. 75 mph top speed currently. No plans to go any faster. This is fast enough on such a light bike.

This method is good and will function optimally if the front of the roller housing has been make the path slop so that there are no obstacles for the roller to rise, and the size of the roller must be reduced by 3-5 grams from the standard

Hi andynsyod on some other scooters this works normally for a while 10 kilometers or 15 plus on this pcx scooter it doesn't work at all it doesn't work

its the electronic limiter your hitting that is stopping it going faster.. plus take away the washer on the front variator unless brand new belt. you must ve asian doing this. as anyone else would have the bolts tightened up correctly

When moving this spacer to the inside, if you are using roller weights, your top speed drops a lot. Replace with Dr Pulley sliding weights

U need to squeeze first the torque drive or rear pulley until the belt reaches the the bottom part ( the same place where the belt go on high rpm or speed ) to prevent damage on the crankshaft’s spline or teeth and also to the drive face or front pulley. I have noticed that the time you tighten the nut, the drive face wobble or shake. It means that you have not placed it properly since the belt block it.

sales sure can't understand you what are you trying to describe here is a failed video which didn't get a single kilometer more and the centrifuge was destroyed as well I show in this video that it cannot get kilometers from the specific part of the centrifugal as much as the pcx

Soy de Argentina y tengo un Scooter Honda Helix del año 1995 con muy pocas millas.. Aca el PCX es muy popular a pesar de ser caro, las veces que alguien me desafia a hacer una picada como le decimos aca a las carreras callejeras los humillo a todos... Mucha tecnogia pero a mi Helix a carburador no hay con que darle...

La mejor fase es la exportación de admisión de progreso de roiki al carburador 2 número Ziegler más grande junto con qué aguja también roiki un árbol de levas de larga duración sin tiro resortes duros solo en las válvulas de admisión un tipo de escape que se cierra para mantener la sibiesis si sabes cómo meterte las corrientes que lo estan soplando si el ojo del volante marca 7 decimas 7/10 milimetros la delantera deberia ser mas adelantada entonces ven a decirme como te va con el hs300 forza350 sim y muchos scooters tienen los mejores motores xelix.

I see you are good mechanic and have understanding of how things work,1 question for you: My honda forza 300 says 10w30 bot engine and final drive oil,do you recomend that or maybe 5w40- 10w40 for engine and 80w90 gearoil or 75w90

Hi audio I'm not a mechanic, I'm just experimenting to make my daily life easier because I spend many hours every day on this bike, the 10w 40 full speed is very good for me, I'm close to a million kilometers from 10 40 in the first place and for the pcx 5 30 manufacturer to put but I had never put once I put the 5w30 tsimba for some oil while with the 10w40 I am very happy just the oil change my pcx manufacturer says to change it every 3,000km max and i change it every 2500

and all these years I've been using motul which at the end stings the motor a bit if I've also tried castrol which doesn't have the cake at all but motul at 3,000 kilometers may need a supplement 200 300 emel

If it's a brand new forza 300 don't use anything other than 10 30, but if the kms high like 50k you can use 10 40, because the clearance of the parts where oil gets in are tight, it'll not let oil get in there, if you use 10 40 wear and tear will be much more faster.

The crank must be upgraded , not the way you do because the motorcycle reach it top speed but the the the back crank is small it will not help , good work

Hi abdel your thought is very good but an experiment i went to do to see if it will work from there it didn't work and yet there is a way to improve from the rear pulley regardless that everything will work marginally and nothing is secured that's why I haven't dealt with this issue

Καλή χρονιά φίλε μου , έχω το sh 125 mode 4 valve και έφαγα το μαμά βαριατορ προς την επάνω μεριά με μπίλιες μαμά 20x15 20g και έβαλα 2,5mm ροδέλα προσθήκη στον πείρο του βαριατορ. Στο σκαρακι το κοντέρ γράφει πάνω από 120km , σε βόλτα στην εκκίνηση πολύ πιο δυνατό από πρίν αλλά πιο ήρεμο και με λιγότερες στροφές κινητήρα μετά τα 70 - 100 + . Ίσως με πιο ελαφριές μπίλιες 17-18g να δώσει δύναμη στα 70-100km . θα με βοηθούσε πολύ η γνώμη σου , ευχαριστώ

Καλη χρόνια με υγεία φίλε μ. Ειναι ι ίδιες μπιλιες με το pcx i διαστάσεις βαλε τα 16γ απο pcx 150 θα δεις διαφορά όσο για την ροδελα σε ξεγελάει γιατί ι τσιμουκα του εσωτερικού βαριατορ ακουμπά στ ροδελα ειναι μια ι αλλη εαν ι ροδελα εχει το ειδο πακος με τον άξονα τοτε θα δουλέψει σωστά. Τα αρνητικά ι βούδα του βαριατορ δεν βηδονει καλα μενει λιγο πιο έξω 2 εαν φαγωθούν αρκετά ι μπιλιες μπορεί να σου βγου απο το βαριατορ το είδα σε μενα αυτο. Στείλτε μου στο fb να δείξω πος πρέπει να είναι.

Son derece tehlikeli varyatörün dayanıklılığını düşürüyor yolda kırılıp varyator yatağına motor bloguna zarar verebilir başıma geldiği için söylüyorum tabiki ben böyle bir işlem yapmadım varyator kendiliğinden kırıldı motor bloguna zarar verdi

Hi robert the pcx counter reaches 333,000 kilometers then resets to 0000 i've finished it twice and it's going for the third it's unbelievable i see the engine and i'm laughing i can't believe it it's immortal from her it breaks to the reason I experiment to make videos and this is not so good but still very powerful πριν τρεις μήνες μέτρησα της cps και είναι 10.4 oil change every 2000 or 2500 kilometers when I start working on a pcx motor I have to describe many things and we will see the different ones with the other motors more symbologist which is better than the pcx motor but before I deal with the motor I want to put a turbine until it breaks the motor???after 7 years of working 12 every merino even on weekends till date nothing has happened im tired of riding it too i am tired of this!!! No se como no ha escupido el variador apretándolo sin dinamométrica y sin pistola de impacto , habrás podido ganar salida por la arandela del variador si es más ancha y sobre la polea de embrague se podría titular el vídeo una forma de cargarte una polea de embrague , aparte de la polea que ha quedado ovalalada , si esa moto en salida sale muy bien de origen

That driven pulley has been demolished. Welding it back together has made it very unbalanced. The OEM pulley is quite good already.

@@MBPATENTS of course it failed. you not understanding the motor is limited rpm.. you need to remove engine limter then go try it on the road...... yes it is that simple. and also put back the original centre roller that these had to stop too much belt wobble

@@MBPATENTS you mean pul laway not start.. your english is bad............ you mean pull away from zero is slower.. well no it wont be when you get it right because the variator grips better = more power to the wheel.... you need to get the motor running with more power before messing around down at variator..... you can gain another 2 hp from the motor. do that first....
