The clutch pulley nut torque values are as follows.😄😄 TORQUE: 54 N m (5.5 kgf m, 40 lbMt) / 54 N m (5.5 kgf m, 40 lbf ft )

@@MotorcycleRepair 구동계 교체하고 이상한점 있습니다. 다른글 링크 걸었는데 부속 맞게 구입했고 클러치슈는 스프링 작은거 교체 하고 그대로 조립ㄹ 했구요 시동 유지할때 너무 벨트가 털털 거리는데 다른분들은 조립불량이라고 말들을 합니다. 제대로 했는데 이상하네요. 구동 드라이브 보스페이스 다 분리하고 소리는 조용하던데 무엇을 잘못했을까요 벨트는 21년 제대로 구입 했습니다. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aGi7nXmfo7KWfqs

Appreciate the video. But this is not how you rebuilt driven pulley. 1. Don't generously grease the male sheave like that. The grease will move to sheave surface and voila belt slipped. 2. The torque spring sleeve also shouldn't be that loose. He forgot to install 2 orings. It's fatal. The grease will splattered out around including the bowl and clutch.

Le couple de serrage de l'écrou de la mâchoire d'embrayage de 28 mm est de 54 Nm.

오토바이 캠체인의 방향은 없습니다. 하지만 체인을 빼고 다시 설치할때는..체인기어 및 마그네트에 표시가 있으며, 이것을 맞추어서 조립을 해 주어야 합니다. 우리 채널에 엔진 수리 동영상을 보시면..체인을 창착하면서 상사점 표시를 맞추는 부분이 있습니다.

hello my friend i was just wondering how many miles was on the bike???? i have 2021 and im at 42k miles with stock clutch lol. i have just ordered a used whole unit with only 3k miles of use on it. im going to replace the whole clutch at 50k miles. would love to know how long the stock clutches last.

It's an old video, so I don't remember how long it was driven. In most cases, clutch pad repairs are performed after 50,000 years of service and are either driven further or replaced depending on the condition... This period varies greatly depending on the driver's driving style.

@@MotorcycleRepair my bike basically lives at high rpm and is under constant load so mine should of worn out by now but yeah there actually in good condition.

@@mrpantur7280 The rpm goes up, but the acceleration is slow and the top speed is not achieved. Or, if you feel that the rpm increases, the noise becomes loud, and the engine power is weak when going up a hill, check it at that time, and if it is not in good condition, replace it. If there are no problems with current operation, there is no need to inspect or replace.

@@MotorcycleRepair i 100% agree with you but im selling the bike to a friend when im at 50k-55k miles and i want the bike to be in good working order. id tell him to keep the old clutch for spares as its still in good condition. sorry to keep asking questions but have you had any personal experience with aftermarket clucthes like malossi or polini and do you know if there reliable?. thank you for your time. im a big fan of your chanel and videos ... GOOD WORK !!!

Some people personally purchase them, bring them in, and ask them to install them, and they do the work for you. If you can't get genuine parts...I don't know if it's inevitable. 그렇군요...정비사에게 재차 확인을 요청하였더니..39mm 공구를 이용해서 풀러 준다고 합니다. I see...I asked the mechanic to check again...and he said he would use a 39mm tool to loosen it.
