Such a beautiful piece of engineering by the Japanese 🇯🇵 You needed to an instrument maker it was so detailed. What a motorcycle and the sound , well it played music everywhere it appeared and still does to this day. Honda-san arigatō

RIP Mike the Bike. I've always been on bikes and Snowmobiles. Love the sound of the 3 cylinder 2 strokes on Snowmobiles. The Honda 6 cylinder engines sound almost identical, probably because both engines fire 3 cylinders 120° apart on every crankshaft revolution. Mike would probably still be with us if it weren't for some idiot in the early 80s. IIRC, wasn't Mike killed while driving a car on an errand he had to do, and not on a motorcycle? Tragic....

250cc 2 stroke inline 6 is one hell of an engine in such times. Equivalent to 500cc 4 strokes inline 6. The nephew baby of CBX 1000

This fabulous 6 cylinder 250 cc was a 4 stroke like all Hondas of that great era. Exquisitely 6 exhaust 4 stroke megaphones.
