Good luck with the carbs. It takes a lot of patience working on the carbs. I ended up buying a sonic cleaner to clean them out.

@@MacrossGarage I am yea, I think cylinder 1 isn’t getting consistent fuel. In talking to a friend he said he thinks the main jet is clogged, so I’m gonna take it apart today.

If you mean ignition timing, then probably not. You can't adjust timing because spark is controlled by the cdi. You only adjust timing if you take apart the head from the block. Hope that makes sense.

@@MacrossGarage I’m actually waiting on a new cdi box from Jack. My rebel 450 would run great for like 20 minutes then start bogging under load.

How on Gods Green earth do you get this rocker cover back on. Holy $£&€. I’m going nuts trying to get it back on!!!!

It’s been awhile but yea that part was difficult. I think moving it out on the right side was the best ways.

@@MacrossGarage it was a total disaster. Took me 2 hours to get it back on I had to lower the engine. I hope I set the valves correctly because if I didn’t I’m selling the bike. I will not ever take that cover off again in my life. Thanks for the video. Say a prayer for me lol
