Honda S2000 vs BMW M3 e46 at Nurburgring Nordschleife

- Mugen parts: Carbon Intake box, manifold, catback, Carbon front bumper, flat bottom, Carbon hood.
- ECU TracySport
- Chassis: Coilovers Tein MonoFlex, Front Break kit AP Racing, Front bar Spoon
- Wheels: 17" PRODRIVE OEM size with Yokohama Néova AD08R (215/45/17 & 245/40/17)
- Geometry adjustment: Camber Front 1° / Camber Rear 2° / Caster 6°45" / Toe Front 0° / Toe Rear 0°20

You really notice the weight difference between your S2K and the M3 especially on the corner brake entry and as well as along corners and tight bends. But that E46 definitely has the power advantage.

There was a video of this Honda driver chasing a novice M4 driver and you should see the comment section filled with delusional fanboys talking about , "Vtec kicked in", or "BMW is slow and bmw are shit" etc when it was obvious in the video that the F30 M4 owner doesn't know the track and can't corner for shit or simply doesn't want to take the risk of crashing such an expensive car. Now an old M3 2 generations older than the F30 blew the same S2000 out of the water and y'all want to start crying like little whores? now, you want to praise both cars? I thought BMWs are shit and Honda is the best? pathetic fanboys. The M4s laptime is light years faster than the S2000 that doesn't mean a good driver can't beat slow driver in the M4. It all comes down to the driver, cars don't drive themselves. You should only compare cars when two equally skilled drivers and two equally weighed and powered cars are competing. nuff said.

The e46 driver actually had a good dynamic line, and just cause an insanely lighter s2000 caught up in the corner doesn't immediately make him a shit noob driver, but good try kids. It's as if you didn't notice all the ferraris and shit being passed like nothing, all whilst the m3 was still leading

Both drivers obviously know the ring well as can be seen from the lines they're taking. I've seen the same s2000 take apart an M5 driver who clearly wasn't a good driver and didn't know the ring. This was a good show of both cars capabilities, strengths and weaknesses by decent drivers..

Brakes and nose quickness is far better in honda......but going nearly the same speed that BMW made it look easy. Far less twitching and adrenaline rushed moments. GREAT DRIVING! :)

NIce job. LIke all the rest of the S2000 drivers (I am one), we own the curves and get left on the straights. You caught him a number of times in the curves, only to have him take off on the next straight. Wow the AP1's are twitchy. MY 08 LBP seems a lot more stable. You control it like a maestro, nice job.

Another great clip, thanks Xav_S2000. The driver of the M3 was far more accomplished than the M4 driver in your earlier clip, more decisive and knew the track.
