Good info on this big bore kit

Do you remember what part number the TB and manifold are? They seem to have a few different TB's and manifolds they claim fit the CT125, just curious. THanks!

How many miles did you have on this kit before you moved up to the 164? Did it work well? How is the new kit doing?

Could you find time to include part numbers for each part. I want to surprise my husband with this mod for his birthday. He also has a 2022 trail. Thanks for the video we have been trying to figure this out for months.

OK, so I don't know really where to begin, I'll give you all the parts I have but also I don't know how knowledgeable you are in these modifications! Because some cannot be done without others. Maybe I'll give you the most important parts, which would make me super happy if it were my wife buying these gifts for me, and which would work really well together!: Website yuminashi.EU or "yuminashi direct sales" searched on google -Part 1: the big bore kit, basically the heart of the bike, its where the boom boom happens :D this kit consists of a genuine bored out OEM Honda cylinder which is fantastic for the relative small price compared to others SKU 12103-K26-5613A Name: 143CC (56MM) LIGHT BORE KIT (MSX/SF - GROM/SF - MONKEY 125) www.yuminashi.eu/143cc-56mm-light-bore-kit-msx-sf-grom-sf-monkey-125/ - Part 2 : the injector, basically the thing that squirts the fuel into the bang bang part above! :D Needed because the stock injector might not be "strong" enough. SKU: 16450-B06-00H Name: 140CC B-TYPE INJECTOR (6-HOLES) (PCX150 H-INJECTOR) www.yuminashi.eu/140cc-b-type-injector-6-holes-pcx150-h-injector/ Now if you're on a budget, the two parts above will work well. It would be best, but very expensive to buy a standalone ecu, that's the main computer of the bike which controls the bangs and booms and the fuel injected. Can be bought @ hardracing.com : store.hardracing.com/aracer-rc-minix-aracer-mini-x-complete-ecu-honda-ct125-in-stock Now if you love your husband beyond what any other wife loves a husband, you'd also buy the wideband o2 sensor kit for that "computer" also available on hardracing.com : store.hardracing.com/aracer/aracer-af2-professional-wideband-o2-afr-module-aracer-af2wb-replacement-for-the-af1- And that's basically it, I also have different parts installed but those parts don't really matter without the parts above. Like I said on a budget, the first two parts will work OK, but the cherry on the cake is the computer with the additional sensor that completely changes how this bike works. Also, if you decide to buy anything, and your husband will have any questions regarding installation or anything, tell him to join us on a friendly Honda trial forum or ask me : Hondatrail125.com he will get all sorts of info and help he needs! Hope this helps! Feel free to ask any more questions

OMG…You really did reply. I love you so much. Now I can get my brother to go through this and make this happen. Still can’t believe that you did this video. Nobody had the “balls” in the USA. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for asking Janice! Helps me out too 😅 You mentioned welding right? Is this something someone can do without much experience and is welding necessary? Thanks I’m advance!

the 143 yuminashi BBK also mark as KYZ 124cm3 same as stock?

Awesome! I love how you kept it stock looking. How’s it compare to stock? Top speed? Thanks man!
@69mph172 жыл бұрын
Top speed sitting up seems 63-65, I got it to 69-70 while in full blown tuck lol, that's also GPS speed by phone, because my speedo is off due to a 15t front sprocket. But that was my main goal with these mods, maintain 60mph without problems, and that it does!

@@69mph17 Nice! Why is everyone saying the ECU is different than the Groms/Monkey’s to where you can’t flash them? Did you set all the parameters on the ECU? Is this part hard to do? Thanks!
@69mph172 жыл бұрын
@@smg5960 the trail ecu has the same connector as the new 2022 grom, but it seems like the firmware/tables work differently, One user on hondatrail125 forums tried mounting a stock 2022 grom ecu into this bike and from what he told me it was idling rough, not running 100% properly. The Aracer Mini x standalone ECU surprisingly is plug and play, I've heard from different people, that I will have to disable/cut the wire to the maf sensor for this stand alone ecu to work properly. But that is not true, literally plug and play.

@@69mph17 Perfect! Do you need to do any programming or setting up any parameters?
@69mph172 жыл бұрын
@@smg5960 all you need is your phone to do the initial setup, you don't need any special parameters to put in, you just pick out of the list of bikes the 2022 grom and you are good to go, im not sure if you know but I would highly recommend getting the aracer wideband o2 sensor kit With the ecu, because that's literally the reason to get this ecu, it auto corrects your fuel timing tables without you worrying about running lean with any engine modifications you make

if you took a couple days to learn fusion360 or some kind of cad software to design a new intake, you could have it 3d printed in bronze metal from xometry for like a hundred bucks or so. I know thats a lot of work but just throwin it out there.

What would make you change Honda's engineering for the 43 bore kit and now it's not in the original Hyundai nothing's gonna last the same way that doesn't make sense to me if you wanted to bite to go 69 why would you just buy a bigger bike I don't understand why people buy this bike and then try to make it to 6970 when they could go out and buy a bike that's gonna be under warranty and it's gonna be a good bike that's not been you know reengineered and gotta really knows how that bike's gonna last once it's been converted over to 143 and if you're gonna convert it why wouldn't you go to the 169 big board Y143 just a question
