Petrol removes the oil film from all surfaces hence increasing wear and tear don't do it, instead change oil regularly, company doesn't recommend it for a reason, because the Petrol that is still there in engine after flush will reduce the viscosity of new oil and hence will cause more wear and tear till next drain interval

Deposits and sludge can form for several reasons, including frequent short trips that don’t allow the oil to fully warm up and evaporate moisture, the ingestion of air-borne dirt, fuel dilution and high heat breaking down the oil. As it settles, sludge can clog narrow oil passages or the screen on the oil pickup tube, restricting oil flow to vital parts, especially the upper valve train. Deposits can cause the rings to stick, reducing engine compression and horsepower.

You should change the engine oil after running of 4000-4500km and according to time, each 4-5 month. Whichever is earlier. You probably can get the manual of unicorn by Honda website. I have shine sp and I downloaded the manual from there only.
