Honda VT750S Shadow 750cc V Twin Cruiser Review

I bought one of these to run into work and back each day and save my other heavier and more thirsty bikes. It hardly vibrates at all , the mirrors remaining crystal clear at all revs. Reminds me of my old CX500 which was very smooth. The back brake is quite good and mine can stop pretty sharpish when it has to. This guy wants to try riding and old BSA or Triumph - even a Guzzi which can walk on their centre stands.

Thanks. I like your road tests. Your comment on the low seat. The whole high seat thing, I just can't understand. triumph has proved that even a duel sport can have a sensible height seat. Keep the good work up. Stay safe. .

Well, it's V Twin cruising on a budget, really, so the vibrations are part of the "experience" and the suspension is built to a price. Better than riding the bus, though. 😉

It's better than a bus for sure lol. To be honest cruiser bikes aren't my thing but I quite enjoy watching other people riding them. I'm too boring to fully appreciate them so I'll stick to my adventure or sports tourers.

Good honest review my friend. I have the opposite problem, at 6'2" I feel an absolute idiot on one. They work in America, with straight roads and no winter salt to contend with but cruisers over here as an everyday bike just doesn't work. RSM8

Worst review I have ever watched. This bike is one of Honda's most reliable and popular models. You haven't got a clue what you are talking about when it comes to motorcycling - who made you an authority suddenly?
