I wish it ended there. 30 minutes later I decided to do a few single pulls on standard banner as I had 23 acquainted fates from player. FIRST SINGLE PULL = Mona. I think I used up my luck for a year.

Yeah it really feels like a Tales game to me, especially in the designs. But the gameplay feels more like the newer Ys, and the potions remind me somewhat of Atelier. The German and Eastern inspired portions on the map remind me of Erebonia and Calvard from the Kiseki series.

I really don't understand all the bitching on this game's gacha system. It doesn't matter at al in order to enjoy the game. You gain literally 6 -7 free characters in the beginning, at least one from each element. And absolutely don't need more than these to progress or enjoy the game. Having more characters are only for looks since they do basically the same: apply an element on the battlefield, and nothing more.

The best DPSs are all Gatcha pulled, Diluc, Klee, Keqing, even Razor and Ningguang need a few more constellations to be really OP. Completing the game does not equal being OP. If you want to be overpowered and maximize your damage, you need those Gatcha characters and weapons. There's no way to achieve those maximum levels of damage without spending.

Ya about Paimon being the final boss, that is a 50/50 considering the stuff Mihoyo may pull due to their other game's storyline being Honkai Impact 3rd. Though it is not surprised the current opinions going around due to not many know Mihoyo's history since the current attention is only due to Genshin Impact and not from their past two games being Gun Girl Z and Honkai Impact 3rd. A SPOILER below about HI3rd Season 1 ending below..... I mean they literally made the first Main character of HI3rd named Kiana the final boss of HI3rd Season 1 ending and killed off one of their playable characters named Himeko Murata. To this day the "Final Lesson" still remains Himeko's final lesson to Kiana. Despite all happiness in Kiana's life and those days when she can live a normal life with her friends like the rest of humanity being protected by Schicksal organization are now gone, she continues to live on due to Himeko's sacrifice so she can end her story the way she wants to so neither that jackass Otto, the Schicksal organization who thinks sacrificing the happiness of a few justify protecting the majority, nor the World Serpent organization who think only the strongest are allowed to survive can condemn others to the same fate she is now in.

@@dieptrieu6564 Ya GGZ did end some what the same but as the HI3rd story revealed, the GGZ Universe is one of the failed Universes in the Multiverse defeated by the Honkai which is why literally everyone died at the end of GGZ season 1 storyline. HI3rd universe is the Universe with the highest potential to defeat the Honkai which is why at the end of HI3rd Season 1 story their Universe did not end but continued into what it is now in Season 2 storyline.

As Post-Honkai Odyssey has shown they win the war at the intended ending of Honkai Impact 3rd but only by sealing away majority of Honkai Energy into the Moon. The Honkai lives but it cannot directly have influence over the world as it use to. As for what happens after PHO, well a recent interview and claimed IP name by Mihoyo shows they already prepared plans for Honkai Impact 4th Galaxies for sometime after 2023. They stated HI3rd will continue for another 3 years to finish its story before moving on to events of HI4th. That game will continue the storyline where Honkai Impact 3rd left off which is currently being assumed to be where PHO ended. Added: Everyone still died in the end of GGZ Season 1 story. The Revival of all life after the destruction of all life by Herrscher of the End is the Honkai's will to reset life in GGZ Universe. The Reborn Plan is a method for the Honkai to keep humanity in check by always destroying them when they begin to progress to a point where they begin to defy Gods and then reseting life back to a point when they cannot defy gods. It is the same result of HI3rd Old world where they lost and the Honkai did a hard reset on HI3rd world creating the New world. Kevin, Merlin, Fu Hua, and a small number of humans may have survived but they lost the war and were left alone by the Honkai at a point they had to completely reset society and build it from the ground up through centuries of development until the new Cycle where the 1st Herrscher of the New World begins the new war.
