I am always looking on youtube for Inner Engineering Reviews. I like to discover how this program impacted people. Thank you for your video. You made an effort and you have been courageous to open up to the world to tell your experience. This is really helpful for us, which just started with IE. I started to do Shambavi Mahamudra in March 2023. I was in such a dark place, my depression and anxiety was "eating" me. I had panic attacks all day long, I was not able to function normally anymore. I tried so many things to try to fix my mental health, but nothings truly helped me. But after initiation, and doing Shambavi each day, slowly slowly I started to feel better and better. Now, after 6 months I can't believe how good I am feeling. I don't recognize myself sometimes. I have energy, clarity, joy, motivation. I have to say that I felt nothing special during the initiation. No sparkles or explosions. I remember that I was just thinking that Shambavi is my last hope. I feel now some kind of responsibility to tell others about this transformation, about IE. How can I keep this treasure only for me? I guess you understand me :) But not everybody is willing to listen and try, but that is ok, each of us have their own journey in life. I can understand that. Thank you again! Namaskaram 🙏

Wow! I can so resonate with you. My experiences of Sambhavi and what led me to Sambhavi are very close to yours so I relate completely when you say that you are a changed person now. I hope that you continue to sharing your experiences because for every person who will not believe it, there is a chance that you might help one that truly needs it. As i understand, there's no thing that helps more than other. Shambavi sure it's a great choice but the most powerful thing ever is surrendering. Letting go. You mentioned that it was your last hope so I think that mindset is what really helped you. You gave your situation to shambavi m. and that is what really helped you. And with that being said, keep doing it! And ofc, it's my opinion. I hope you continue doing well and even better!

I finished my inner engineering this week and as she mentioned the experience is incredible. Can’t be expressed in words.I have some kind of relief and a great sense of inner peace. there was always some heaviness in my mind and heart. Now I feel blissful 😌 ..

Definitely! It’s a big yes! There are no restrictions in attending the IE program during your periods.😃

You can definitely do it online, just make sure that you follow the guidelines provided to you like making a conducive environment, light a diya, ensure that there is no disturbances and the experience would be the same. You need to present at the moment, be aware and it will be just you and Sadhguru 😃🙏🌼

You will get initiated to the process once you enrol for the program, the process is not available anywhere on KZbin, you cannot learn it by watching a video. So I am not sure what video are you talking about.

In the Ashram, only IE retreats are happening. So if you are interested, you can download the Sadhguru app and look for more details in the program section of the App. You can also look for IE programs that are available in rest of the part of the country as per connivence.
