Sadhguru has most calming and soothing vibe to him.
@bodhihouareau-rose20314 жыл бұрын
That 'vibe' is literally what he's explaining. If you value yourself properly you will automatically become more valuable to everything around you. Vibe is short for vibration.

This is a compliment! My Uncle died December 2017 I spent alot of time with him during the last 6 months of his life and wish I had got to know him better, I saw one of your video's for the first time a few days ago and was brought to tears not of sadness or pain but love as I was seeing and hearing my Uncle in your words and I have in all your videos that I have watched so far, minus the crying, I would describe my Uncle as a wise man although I did not agree with him and some of his beleifs but your words and mannerisms even down to the way you look and laugh remind me of him so much it is uncanny so much so I shared that first video with my Mum and she agreed it was like seeing and hearing her brother. Thankyou for being you!

Sadhguru, you have made me realize that I am not crazy. As a growing kid I've always felt a wonder and presence in life(as all kids have), and as I've grown older (late teens) I've noticed the stigma that surrounds this freedom and ecstasy in life. I've felt absolutely ecstatic before, and I've felt other people making me feel insane when i do, lol. (Even when just feeling good and present in everyday life) I'm sure many people have felt this way before. At one point I Iiterally thought I was just kookoo, because of the responses I would get from the people around me. But yeah, I guess it's just been realizing that what's considered "normal" is actually insane, and in moments of stigma, I now feel like I can continue to experience my reality, and at the same time make the vibration of freedom and presence more potent for others. Thank you thank you for your teachings. I am so grateful for all of this :). I think we all are. Clearly your messages resonate with many of us. Thank you thank you thank you. 🤍

Thoughts don't cause suffering. For instance, if I tell you to think of a lemon, there is probably no charge there; that is, no associated sensations or emotions that arise with that. The thought is free to come and go, and you probably don't care much either way. Conversely, if I tell you to think of your mom, or your spouse, or a painful memory from childhood, you will likely notice bodily energies arising with these thoughts. When thoughts and bodily energies arise together, people tend to turn their attention solely towards thoughts in a - typically subconscious - attempt to avoid or fix uncomfortable sensations and emotions. If we use the mom example, we may see an image of her face or a time she did something we didn’t like. Then, words may come, telling us who she is, who we are in relationship to her, and what should or shouldn't have happened... Many people will reflexively focus on those words and pictures, ignoring the body. Meanwhile, the energies in the body are driving that fixation on thoughts... By focusing on the thoughts, we're actually trying to fix or avoid the associated sensations and emotions. It's the body that needs to be focused on. That's where the emotions reside and arise.

6 years of my life doing nothing working for you and following your methods for transformation I can definitely say this my life has transformed from life to lifeless. Congrats to you 🙏 First transform your monks form serious health issues. Or ask them to do inner engineering , let the creator fix it for them.
@l.k.23373 жыл бұрын
Monks have health issues because many are diabetic. And they're diabetic because they eat mostly sugar and carbohydrates ... they usually eat one huge rice, or noodle meal a day, with a bunch of sugary fruit for dessert. Since Monks don't eat dead animals, the only solution to their high carbohydrate and sugar diet is to consume more soup and salad and smaller portions of rice, noodles, and sugary fruit. And by the way, tofu and mock "meats" are made out of soybean, which is also a carbohydrate.
