He definitely has leadership qualities. Reminds me of CLC's Yeeun, I was watching CLC's reality before their comeback (Le Vein Rose - which didn't happened), and noticed that Yeeun showed leadership despite being the 2nd youngest. Haechan is the same, even in 127, he knows what he wants, he is observant, he seems to have a high EQ, a despite members and him always saying he is "weak" physically, mentally he is very head strong. Haechan and Doyoung shows great potentials to be leaders.

haechan's real name is donghyuck. he wasn't haechan until he debuted and lee sooman gave him that name. haechan it's not quite a stage name, it became his actual name with time. so you'll see fans calling him both ways, donghyuck/hyuck or haechan

At 14:40 is a show specifically created for NCT called NCT World 2.0. It's a really good show with lots of challenges that displayed how great NCT teamwork is. It's one of those shows/moments that showed how intelligent and quick witted Haechan is, why he's called the ace, and why members even the older one can rely on him.
