That is untrue, while I can see your logic and point of view, it’s just not really true. Hall effect thumb sticks are still relatively “new” tech and is far from perfect. GameSir G7 SE is having all sorts of issues starting in update 6.25-6.30 causing many uses to have to downgrade or whatever. It’s too much to explain but gall effect sticks have cons and pros aswell. Look into it a bit before buying. I’m not a fan of the controller tbh, it’s too sensitive, raw input

It would be better if it was bigger it’s really tiny if you have been in hand so it’s very easy to not have to fix rotating in the direction that you’re intending. But still very smooth movement and responsive. 3 things that irritate me though… 1. The deep pad while having a good feel and response time… It is really easy to mispress a command in any game that requires precision tapping. 2. The software itself you download to button map is not very good. It is not terrible as it does. Allow you to set zones/sensitivities for many things and map the back buttons… did market itself as being an Xbox controller and a PC controller I don’t see why they couldn’t have allowed the button to be mapped to the keyboard as well as just standard xbox buttons- that’s on Microsoft too. They decided that they were going to take control of gaming features on PCs and yet they don’t offer anything of the sort as well. They just want to keep track of the games you play so that its harder to enjoy some things they did not monetize… 3. Beyond the fact that I can’t see what I will wind up even using those back triggers for… They are very easy to press which is a bad thing if you have big hands. I don’t see how you could avoid tapping them on accident. I just keep them locked. I can’t figure out what to do with them. 4. …3 profiles on the pc software? … why can’t I just have infinite saved files that I save as a compatable file type? Then people could share and interchange profiles with incredible ease, as well as have a specific profile for any individual game that they wanted. Just seems stupid in 2023. Unless they also own reWASD and are trying to get people to buy that on top of the controller… I’m thinking about it, but trying the free alternatives first… I’m not very good at figuring shit out though, but there’s a couple of hopefuls

Those back triggers are good for multiplayer games where you need to access every button to play such as Fortnite or Cod. By remapping two of the front buttons to the back triggers you can make certain actions without having to remove your right thumb from the joystick which is a massive advantage in gaming. That's what they are for basically. But I just wanted to ask how is that controller holding up after one month? I've already ordered it so I hope it will be good

You do know you can plug in any xbox controller however I'd still recommend because you can't get stick drift

I had the scuf pro for exactly 5 months and after that I had to throw it in the trash! I can tell you with absolute certainty that the internal components are poorer than the original controller and the only thing that differentiates it is the addition of the 4 keys. Don't buy it at all because it's wasted money. Save yourself while you have time! Over 200 euros thrown out the window.
