I love Don’t Give It Up, I think it was the right first single, I loved it the first time I heard it and I was surprised it wasn’t a hit at the time . Think it’s the most radio friendly song on the album.

Halcyon Days on first listen I knew there was something i liked... Then couple more listens i became obsessed. And thennnnn.... I went on James Sanger's channel where he's playing with remixing it. He states that the lyrics are about domestic abuse but from a male perspective. And since i learnt that, its reached a whole new depth for me. The ethereal sound about such a dark subject - genius

My favourite album ever! Fun story, I rushed to my local HMV record store on release day to buy it and the cashier had to put the CD into the player and play it out over the store speakers to check it was correct before selling it to me 😂

a lot of people pointed at Coming Up for Air as a good single contender since it used to be compared to Madonna's Frozen and maybe had the most pop sound. in my opinion, it is a beautiful album overall, but mainstream pop fans like yourselves deem it too weird and 'cooked', but many of my friends at the time who listened to alternative music said she was too poppy for them. that is a difficult path to take, and it unfortunately led Siobhan to almost quitting music entirely.
