This is honestly the issue with every movie where Santa turns out to be real. For most people, if even one small gift made its way under their tree that was claimed by no one, they'd be freaked. If it was addressed to their kid? They'd call the police.

Yeah, but that's a common problem in pretty much every film where Santa is real. He always ends up getting busted by the cops and the parents always keep insisting he's just make-believe. Apparently everyone either believes "the other parent" always buys the toys or gifts are just a natural phenomenon that takes place every December 25th.
