The weirdest part of the ending to think about for me is Alan and Sarah retaining their memories. Like, PTSD aside, they're children with the minds and experiences of adults and that's gotta make for a weird second puberty.

That's more a reflection on Robin William's acting though. That behavior was kind of his stick, he acted similarly for Patch Adams... an allegedly adult man. If it was Jim Carry he'd be talking out his butthole and if it was Tim Allen he'd be grunting and complaining about women. (going by 90s comedian actors)

Technically they didn't undo everyone's lives since most of the supporting cast are around at the Christmas party, and it seems to be implied that after Allan disappeared the town kind of died because the factory closed because his dad spent the remainder of his life grieving :( If we're being honest everyone's lives improved because they finished the game

IT IS the sequel of Jumanji, working more as a spiritual successor, it's based on a second book from the same author, Chris Van Allsburg, which starts with one of the children who play Zathura firstly found Jumanji in a park, while Danny, the younger brother, was running away from his Brother, Walter. Then Danny brings back Jumanji to his house, he rapidly loses any interest on playing that, later he finds Zathura and he starts to play it. Zathura's film removed any connection to Jumanji, because the author of the book didn't like Jumanji's film.

Cody Bear So your saying I need to watch Clue (which is super easy, since I already own it thanks to it being part of a collection of DVDs I picked up). I’ll see about doing that soon then.

He doesn't have the mind of child, though. He's not Tom Hanks from Big. He is adult in mind and body - just an incredibly traumatized one that spent two-third of his life stuck in a dangerous jungle with little to no human contact.

For me, the weirdest part of the film is my name is Sarah Whittle! My husband and I burst out laughing when Robin Williams said my name!
