+Daren Redman Perhaps you didn't put enough efford into it, used the right technics, ate the right amount of food and correct food and so on. It's not only about going to the gym and work out, that is the easiest part of getting a good looking body. Maintaining a shredded and lean body, is a lifestyle, not something you do a few times a week, it's everyday and you have to pay a lot of attention to your meal plan, workout, sleep, routines etc. - But people who take pride in their own body, have respect for themselves and do it as a sport, they care. But yeah if you just quit like that, no wonder that you will ever reach your goals. The results "big" results don't come after a few months, it takes way longer time... I care about my body, so listening to a quitter like you, makes me feel sad for you, i'm sorry.

Something really funny happened today. Magic Mike XXL is great. It loses a lot of the overbearing seriousness (which was still good) of the first one while still remaining true to the characters. Reminds me a lot of the New Hollywood movement of the 70s. Plus the choreography and cinematography is on par with some of the best musicals and martial arts films I've seen.

I think what I like so much about this movie is it WASN'T what I expected. It was actually abouth something. There was a real story with human characters and drama. The sequel looks more like what I expected the first movie to be, but hopefully it'll be just as funny.
