I‘ve grinded the french aviaton tree with the F-1C-200 until I‘ve unlocked everything up to Rank VI. The Moment I‘ve reached Rank VII I‘ve switched to Mirage 2000 S-4. A much better plane only .3 BR higher and I get 3 kills on average per battle with it. It took me about a week and a half to finish the tree afterwards.

My experience with this plane is that despite all the praise I heard about the magic 2, they're still way too unreliable, and you don't get enough of them to compensate with number. Especially considering you constantly get uptiered against battle buses carrying at least half a dozen of better missiles.

@_9287ArmyMan To toggle into PD radar I use default Alt+b bind, and to fire rockets I use shift. Long time ago I watched lots of YT tutorials on how to properly bind stuff. I pretty much have AAM/Bomb/Rocket fire under one button and I just cycle between them

@@f35clighningii57 I do often over 3 kills. I play 2 magic 2 and 2 gunpods or 2 magic 2 and 3 matra 530E. They work also good from rear aspect

When in doubt use countermeasures man.. 80% of your deaths were from lack of countermeasures. Early Aim7F's and R60's are terrible, especially with countermeasures.

Thats painfully true. I often catch myself not using enough of them because lately I played a lot of planes with large caliber that have low amount of uses

Yea this guy was like watching a level 3 player play high tier. The constant terrible decision to full commit to head ons as if a Defa or 530F would beat an Aim7F or R27. Any experienced high tier pilot would have a stroke watching this. If you only have 2 IR guided missiles why would you launch them at the worst opportune moment? OP launches the magics way too early in a head on for somebody with just 2 magics. If you had like 6 R60Ms, go ahead, there’s enough to go around. Launching within 1 km from the rear aspect is basically a guaranteed kill with this type of missile, accelerates rapidly and has gate width IRCCM. They also are way too high above the ground to multi path any incoming radar missiles. That’s why they catch a face full of Aim7 and R27 so often. Either notch (I’ll say it’s difficult to notch with the F1C’s poor excuse of a RWR) or stay low if multiple enemies around (requires situational awareness, can be difficult with WT spotting system). I’m not saying that this will always work, even very experienced players like defyn eat missiles too. But from how it’s portrayed in the video, it’s happening way too often. Again, I’m not solely blaming OP, but there are things that would make any player with a brain cringe here. Respect for not cherry picking footage, but it would do you better to be the hunter instead of the hunted in the video. Remember, positioning is key, get behind your enemy and the magics will do the rest.

Try mig 29 next. the tips is fly high to the side and wait till u got a distracted enemies and launch r27er at them

If I'm not mistaken the Mirage can't guide missiles on MTI, even if you use MTI to lock, the radar automatically changes when you fire.(I can be wrong)

you should turn off your afterburner when you see missile flying towards you from behind because it doesnt matter how much flares you shoot it will still lock on your ass and it will hit the six, other than that, good content!

@@versacos The Mirages are very good that's for sure. About German tree, i didn;t really played a lot of it, especially jets. But everytime I hear someone speak about German top tier its never something positve. Its quite a mess rn. Maybe one day Gaijin will add Eurofighter and it will all change
