Very true till 2013 i was 68 to 75 but post 2015 I started put on weight have gone same thing like each of one goes but never try alcohol tried smoking for 3 days then quit ....literally in 2017 i was 90 and then people jokes me like which month it's going and lot of fat shame and last year i was 102 then I started cutting down carbs and all and now am 93 currently but yes fat or obese is not good but people will not tell you directly untill unless they are your real friend or family member ...awesome podcasts T-Series Wale ispe movie kar k copyright na pelde😂

Likes aur views kam aate hai, par mujhe apni skill dikhana hai kyunki cooking mere liye sabse zyada zaruri hai. Wj

They also suffering making others to believe that its good but actually its not . The moment life turn for a good change , they stop telling public the same , which they gained by spreading wrong preach . For sake of new change or chance or project. Ashish please make a content of series , where u show all this ...a motivational journey of your life .how u get out of it.
