🍰 30 minute simple quick honey cake. Ingredients:
Baking tray 32 cm x 42 cm
Eggs (large) ... 3 pcs.
Cane sugar (any) ... 80 g
Honey (liquid) ... 180 g
Vegetable oil (refined) ... 40 g
Salt... ¼ tsp.
Baking soda... 1 tsp.
Flour... 225 g
Cinnamon... 1 tsp. (optional)
Sour cream:
Sour cream 25-30% ... 300 g
Cream 33% .... 200 g
Powdered sugar ... 50-80 g (to taste)
Vanilla extract .... 1 tsp.
Walnuts (roasted) ... 100 g
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
👍Step-by-step recipe:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with unscented vegetable oil.
Break eggs into a bowl and add salt and cane sugar.
Beat well into a fluffy light mass.
I add honey.
I stir.
I add vegetable oil.
Sift flour, soda and cinnamon.
I stir with a whisk.
The dough is very airy.
I bake in an oven preheated to 180° for about 15 minutes.
I will trim the edges of the biscuit and use them to make crumbs for decoration.
I add heavy cream to the heavy sour cream.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
Beat well with a mixer.
Spread 2/3 of the cream onto the cooled biscuit.
I level it.
I leave it to sit with the cream for about 10 minutes.
I spread the nuts over the cream.
I roll up the roll.
Spread the remaining cream on top and sprinkle with crumbs.
Give the roll a little time to soak and you can serve it to the table.
