I dont understand your mesaurements. What does "one glass" mean??? Is it 8oz or 10oz or even 12oz glass??? Can you please clarify. I like your video but don't understand the quantaties you use. Thank you
@stavrosantoniou20805 жыл бұрын
Dear Marietta, thank you very much for your visit. 1 glass size measurement in liquid measures 8oz or 240 ml. if you use the same glass right through for all the ingredients you cannot go wrong. Good luck with baking and best wishes!!!

+Αλεξία Π _ Dear Αλεξία, I've only received your message just now. That is why I haven't responded any sooner. So sorry about that. One glass is the same as one cup, both have the same volume. 1/2 pint is one glass or one cup! I hope I have been of some help to you even though, is 3 months too late. Have a lovely weekend!!!!

The honey is never boiled, it is added when the syrup is nearly cold. Honey is disolved easyly in water ! Then you will not have to skip the top of the syrup and preservre the nutritional values of the honey.

Are these also called Finikia? Don't know if I spelled it correctly.
@samth88 жыл бұрын
Hi, I think in some parts of Greece it is also called finikia. // or finikia might be the same but staffed with almonds or pistachio nuts etc.
@JimmyTheGreek20005 жыл бұрын
Indeed, we also call those Finikia! Melomakarona is the more common name.
