I made this recipe adding potatoes, red pepper and onion. It was easy and delicious. The sauce is a bit different and well seasoned. The fact that it bakes for 40 minutes was great since it gave me time to do other things as it baked - great company recipe. This recipe is a keeper.

This is seriously the best recipe I've seen of late. I watched it and it looks easy enough to make. I ran to the store to get chicken and potatoes( I have all the other ingredients). Made it and was so delicious that I put the recipe in my recipe book. I plan to make it regularly and for guests. My husband loved it, too.

This was so, sooooo good!! I used some of my garden peppers to make hot honey and I added Dijon to the sauce. I added carrots and celery along with the potatoes. So good. Definitely making this again!

Amazing. So simple to do and it’s very delicious. For those who want to cut down on the steps you don’t even need to brown the chicken beforehand IMO. It gets crispy enough in the oven, and saves some work. Also, this base recipe with garlic etc is delusions, but you can also just vary the spices here and try other flavours. Try Thai or Indian or Mexican or whatnot. This recipe is just super versatile and flexible.
