Honey Garlic Baked Chicken Thighs Skewers Recipe

This honey garlic chicken skewers recipe is so good! The chicken is marinated in a flavorful honey garlic marinade and baked to perfect doneness. The chicken thighs came out juicy tender!
INGREDIENTS
1 and 1/2 to 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
4 cloves minced garlic
3 Tbs honey
2 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs sweet chili sauce
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs dijon mustard
Salt and black pepper to taste
3 Tbs olive oil
INSTRUCTION
Cut chicken into bite size pieces
Add all ingredients together and marinate for 6 to 8 hours
Preheat oven to 450 F
Thread chicken on wooden skewers
Bake chicken skewers for first 15 minutes. Flip chicken then bake for 5 extra minutes.
Broil for 3 extra minutes for a golden brown finish.

Yes, absolutely, 15 minutes would be fine but check with a meat thermometer
