I like this method a lot more than another video I saw. Exactly what I wanted to do, making the glaze in the pan and throwing the halfway-cooked salmon in with the glaze afterwards 🤤

I tried to make this for my me wife for dinner today because she was working late and couldn’t cook, I ended up burning it and it came out horrible, totally not your fault, I added too much corn starch and I’m just a horrible cook. 😅 she recorded my humiliation and made me even more anxious than I was just messing up our night. 😢

How many times do you flip them two minutes apart... Is it just 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other side? And they're done?

Yes salmon don't take long to cook. It's like shrimp 2-3 mins per side is all you need or else they become over cooked and dry.
