2 pcs Bone-in Pork Chop Cut marinated with:
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Grated Garlic (from 4 cloves of garlic)
Basting Sauce:
3 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp Food Vinegar or ACV
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Sesame Oil
Oil and butter to sear pork
