I miss this attraction sooo much!! It was a "must-see".
@anthonydavis39494 жыл бұрын
Carolyn Symonette Not only is it a must-see, but it would make the “Journey Into Imagination with Figment” attraction feel a little out of place. I mean, both attractions feature Eric Idle as Dr. Nigel Channing, so without one attraction, it would feel like Nigel just appears out of nowhere for some odd reason.

Everytime I watched this attraction, what usually follows is how well comedian Rick Moranis soared in his reputation with Disney as his signature character Wayne Szalinski.

I was there in 1999, I was 15 years old. I don't remember everything but I do remember when the mice were all over. Everyone in the audience including myself freaked out because we felt something touch us on our legs\ankles. I believe it was just air under the seat. You'd have to actually experience it there with the glasses then watching this video. It just doesn't justify!
@tonyparra84598 жыл бұрын
I remember going on this twice during that year too, I guess the first time is the time it first opened in Disneyland in 1998. I remember getting the yellow lensed glasses (safety goggles), I walked in and saw the Imagination Institute logo on the screen, I remember when it opens, I remember the cat coming out, I also remember noticing I felt something pushing my legs not noticing they were mice, I also remember the curtains close and the dog comes out and sneezes, that's when the Imagination Institute comes back. The second time I went, I noticed the snake. Then after years not going to Disneyland, then once I returned, then leaving after that I was remembering something, wasn't there a 3D attraction at Disneyland, I was thinking what it was called, then when I read on the map in Tomorrowland I read "Honey, I Shrunk the Audience" I was assuming it was that attraction, then when I was talking to my Dad about a 3D attraction at Disneyland, that's when he said the name of the attraction, then I was like "i was right, that's what I read on the map". I miss that attraction, I use to this attraction more than Captain EO, but that attraction is not there anymore.

i was on a class field trip FOR AN ENTIRE SCHOOL DAY NOT JOKING OR KIDDING... WE STAYED TIL 10:00 at night... my friends and i went on so many rides here then we came accross this at around 6:30 or so... i told my frriends about how amazing an scary it was and they asked if it was a ride i said no and they hesitated and said they didnt want to see it, but i persisted and made them go. Once the show started at 7:00, they were sucked into the experience and my friend Jake and I both got excited and jumped and laughed and even [scared at the LionCat s]cene like always... and then once the show finished my other three friends said they hated it, and we were like "SRIOSLY? FO REAAL!!?". They thought it sucked but we loved every minute of it. Then at the end of the night, Jake and another firend, Andres, got on a rollercoaster ride by the theater, but once it hit 10, and everyone was going to bus, they kept riding it.. one of my friends stayed with me by the ride and another one left to the bus as other friends started yelling for us to leave but we told them they were still on there. it took 20 frikin minutes after to get them to get off. Line: HONEY WE SHRUNK THE AUDIENCE IS A MUST SEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! X)D

(Taking away all of the Kodak ad crap, although the interview part with Channing is amazing) I really wish this would come back to epcot, but I honestly doubt it will, since it's so outdated now.
