Say what you want about Jay Park, but he is as solid as they come. He is a born leader always draws out the best in others and is secure enough to push and support them. He uses his influence for good.

Another thing is if he feels like featuring for an independent artist, he doesn't charge them a single won or cent. He knows artists charge a lot for a feature so he sometimes helps out artists for a feature when available at no charge.

Yes and he doesn't just donate it back to the university. He makes sure that it goes into a scholarship fund for students struggling financially and students who get really good grades. He has been doing this for years without people knowing until the universities actually gave him an award for it since he has done it so many times and that's how people found out. He also pays his dancers and DJs on top of that. So he is doing the performances for free plus paying his dancers and DJs too.

I love Honey J. She is like one of the pioneer of women hip hop dance in S Korea. Yet she is forever humble. She was over qualified for Street Women Fighter. Aiki from Hook said Honey J is qualified enough to be a judge of the show. That's a huge compliment from Aiki, who is recognised and established in Hollywood.

Jay park has always tried to help dancers and has held a lot of respect for them even before street woman fighter aired and made dancers really popular. I thinks that it’s because he also used to be a b-boy so he understands how that feel . As a honey J fan I’m happy she signed with him since his company can give her the support and respect she deserves as a dancer since it’s not easy for a dancer to be given the same amount of support and promotions as a singer ( i hope I made sense)
