cooked this one last night.....although changed out white wine for some chinese rice wine[its all we had on that score], and came out very nice, took some of the sauce, added some cornflower slurry in it, to make a nice sauce one a bed of spinach to approval of all, liking the favour combo....mother suggested that perhaps we try the same flavours with perhaps some fish?
