I am not much of a cook. I hate following recipes, I always want to 'improve' them. For example, I'll go to youtube, watch 6 videos on how to prepare something, get the general idea, and then do my own thing. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Last night I bit the bullet and followed this recipe. I had been waiting for the Keffir dried lime leaves I ordered on amazon, couldn't find them where I live. Have to tell you this is DELICIOUS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to make it for a friend and have them for dinner. I'm going to start cooking more, following your recipes. You just might succeed in turning me into a good chef! ( Love the new pooch, what a cutie.)
