Looks delicious! I love coconut Thai soup, especially the flavor that the lemongrass gives it. I just wish I could tolerate the heat. After one spoonful of coconut soup in Chiang Mai, I thought my head was going to explode! The pain finally subsided after about 40 minutes. 😆 🔥 🥵
