This recipe is perfect for a quick, delicious, and healthy meal that combines the sweetness of honey with the fiery kick of Sriracha. *Ingredients:*
4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
*Instructions:*
1. *Prepare the Glaze:*
Mix honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, and minced garlic in a bowl.
2. *Prepare the Salmon:*
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
3. *Cook the Salmon:*
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook until crispy. Flip and cook until done.
4. *Add the Glaze:*
Pour the honey Sriracha glaze over the salmon fillets in the skillet. Cook until the glaze is thick and coats the salmon evenly.
5. *Serve:*
Serve the salmon hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
