This has been so incredibly helpful. When I first started looking around Honeybook, I was so overwhelmed. I did have a question, I'm not sure if you can answer it. When looking at your screen for My Templates, along the left hand side you have tabs for Contracts, Invoices, etc. However, when I go to that screen I see Smartfiles with sub tabs for All, Favourites, Saved then a break and then Emails, Packages, Contact Forms, etc. So all my contracts and invoices are mixed in together under my Smartfiles>Saved. How can I make mine more organised like yours? Thank you for your time.

Hey Chelsea! I'm glad it was helpful! So Honeybook just did a huge overhaul and released "smart files" which I will need to do another video on here soon, but my screen also has changed to the new format and I'm learning that as well. It looks like you can quickly get to the template you want by using the "filter by blocks" tab at the top of the screen. I also have access to "legacy templates" which were the old ones, but looks like they do want to push everyone to using the new smart files. The smart files look awesome, but definitely a learning curve than what I'm used to too, haha so once I get a good handle on those I will be happy to make an updated video!

How do I edit or delete items and packages? I have missing information on some of them and now I have to add that in every time I make another invoice.

You can edit/delete items by going into your templates section and edit your packages first and then edit your invoice templates to reflect the changes. Or just edit your invoice templates depending what you need fixed

So how do you set up a recurring invoice for every 28 days?

When you create an invoice there is a section for the payment schedule and in the settings bar on the right you can toggle on reoccurring payments and select the frequency :)

How do they sign the contract? I can't figure that part out:(

If you select "client view" you'll be able to scroll to the bottom and see there is a place for both yours and the client's signature once you send the contract.
