Does it have an option for reoccurring contracts and if so does it automatically send invoices monthly for example if the contract reoccurrs monthly?

You can do recurring invoices / payments - I believe the contract itself would stay the same for all of those invoices though!

Yes they sign it from the link and it goes automatically into their file on HB!

Not the contract but you can embed a contact form and then link it to the contract after someone fills in the contact form!

@@DesignbyLaney they have no premade templates ,forms, contracts for officiants or celebrants everything is for wedding planners, venues, photographers ext. I have a really hard time working with them most of their customer service act like they don't want to help you when I explain what I am trying to do as an officiant working with a contract omg is like if I was doing a root canal on these guys. I really do have a hard time with them.

@@WeddingbyLeo oh I’m sorry to hear that! If you have a contract from another source you should be able to upload it no problem to any of these platforms. I don’t think the lack of templates means the system is any less suited for your business but I’m sorry to hear you’ve had a bad experience with the CS teams !

@@WeddingbyLeo I don’t have a specific one but I don’t have specific ones for other industries either. I’d recommend doing a process flow diagram and then seeing how HB (or another system) can help automate steps! Forms, contracts, invoices, and email templates could all benefit your process I’m sure ! There were no videos about how to use these as a stationery designer when I started so I started and used the tools they provided where needed!
