Yep, all they had to do was make all (or at least most) of the super mutants like that, not necessarily good per se, but actual characters with personalities, and maybe it'd have been halfway to a good game. As it is now, all but two super mutants in this game are basically glorified orcs as far as the story goes.

Pennsylvanian super mutants lose their intelligence significantly as a process of the FEV, only super mutants from the master's era are considered intelligence and even then it was a process of hit and miss, some were smart and some were stupid, the mutants of fallout 3 and 4 are ones that lose their intelligence overtime and their body increase in size until they become a behemoth as a result, the other type of super mutants with a form of intelligence are the nightkins but they're insane

@@hallucy2215 Fallout NV is regarded as the best Fallout by many. It's a great game, even in its base form. And they're right, Fallout 3 is super unstable on PC. Even the GOG version which has some tweaks to make it stable has random CTDs without mods. It's terrible. I wish Bethesda would remaster it because it's a great game.

Fun Fact: Uncle Leo is a reference to a story of Ryokan a zen master. A thief went to Ryokans hut at the foot of a mountain and found nothing to rob. Ryoken returned and said the thief has come a long way to visit him and should not go empty handed, so he gave the thief the clothes off his back. The 2nd Best Kind of odd you haven't run into most of these. They are in every game. I've run into all of them on every playthrough. They are just in different locations each time. The trick to finding them all is to never fast ravel. :)

This game competed my child Hood I would try to get home early in 5th and 6th and 7th grade just so I could play it. I would explore every were. I even became in expert in it that I would get really far into the game without using stimpacks. 😭😢😢😢😢just seeing this makes me sad this game made my child Hood amazing and I still remember everything about it and how I loved that background music as I wonderd around in the dustrucion and despair of the wasteland. 😢I'll never forget that

Fallout New Vegas was rushed and a lot of nothingness but desert and sand. Story was not that great and you did not get to grow up in a vault like you did in Fallout 3. That part Growing up in the vault was a very cool thing. Better City's like Megaton and Rivet City and The slave camp and even the police station covered in super mutant and all of the Washington city and the monuments and super mutant behemoth and Galaxy News radio and the Brotherhood of steel and fighting the enclave. I could go on and on... even the mutant Tree was awesome. so so much to explore and do.... Yes New Vegas added (some) cool new stuff. it was to rushed and was just a Fallout 3 DLC on a disk. It was the same game with different things added and took out.
