I'm so happy to have found your site. I've been looking for Seafoam candy for years. As kids, we walked to school past a Franco, neighborhood grocery, the kind that sprung up in the front room of a neighbor's house. Always the Canadian lady had candy, home made: potato candy, Needham, fudge, candy apples, chocolate covered fruit squares, Seafoa.. oh my. Imagine those 50s kids parting with their nickels for exquisite candies.

The gelatin addition is strange and gives the candy a weird consistency. I definitely prefer the non gelatin version. Great video though, thanks for making it.
