I hope Yannis knows that these panic attacks coming back under stress is completely normal, it doesn't make dealing with PTSD and the symptoms associated with it any easier but it does get better with getting time for your own mind to clear. I wish him all the best, when some asshole changes your life forever is easy to get frustrated by. I'm happy to see he got help and didn't get out of comedy. I think PE or EMDR Therapy would be hugely beneficial. This was such a great guest, the chicken finger thing had me crying laughing. One of my favorite podcasts every week. Ryan is a killer interviewer and adds levity to tough stories.
