These recipes are perfect for Daniel and I. When I told him I could eat Asian cuisine every day he probably thought I was talking about the Americanized Hibachi we find at Kabuto’s, which is great, but he probably thought I was a little crazy. These meals are perfect to show him there’s more to the food than fried rice and noodles.

Love the Sticky Rice Cakes! This is good with pork as well! Crisp up the rice cakes a bit on the wok was my memory of it. Good comfort food from childhood. Love the lettuce wraps as well!

Dzung, is it possible you tell us how to freeze leftover potstickers?

Just put them on a cookie sheet and put in freezer. Once they’re frozen, transfer to a bag. Keep them in the freezer and cook/steam however many you want. That’s how my mom and I do it :)

Only Korean eats that kind of rice cake you use (circle shape). Korean call it Tteokguk. Rice cake soup(Tteokguk) is traditional food for celebrating new year for Korean. (Not Chinese)
