Wow! At least this isn't as widespread as the BG-10 recall. Lucky my school uses spectralert advanced/L series speaker strobe's so they don't have to worry about removing every single NA to see if it was affected. It would be painful. Believe me, there's definitely over a hundred with most of them ceiling mount, some on high ceilings.

This is very crazy! It's been a long time since Honeywell had to recall a bunch of products which were the BG-10 series of pull stations in April of 2013 due to the rubber gasket seal around the button degrading, causing the button to stick, which would cause delayed fire alarm activation and also that the Hex screw models are prone to break easily from overtightening that would break the screw or the pull station and also earlier models of the BG-10 series had a plastic button that works all the time because it's very clickly rather than a metal button and there also rubber gasket replacement kits as well for those who don't want to replace it. So yes this was a serious issue with the L-Series low frequency sounder devices of how they won't sound loud (like at around 75 dB because all fire alarms need to be 15 dB higher than 75 dB for the high volume setting where's low volume is less than 90 dB) or not sound at all and just flash which is because they've must've used the wrong inductor for the manufacturing process and didn't stay well soldered into the board as the normal horn inductors for fire alarms I believe are 10 mH (10 milliHenrys) 10x16 5 pcs inductors. And I also see that at 05:18 you have gotten a System Sensor CHSWL L-Series Chimes Strobe to be installed in Garage Building B and I wonder what room will it be installed in.

Low frequency sounders are superior for waking sleeping occupants that is what they are designed to do as lower frequencies wakes you from a sleep more effectively

The "GARAGE" horn strobe is actually a chime strobe meant for alerting the people in the building of an active supervisory. i know this is a chine strobe because of one of his more recent videos (kzbin.info/www/bejne/bZmyfqucm7WXfrM) Adding an annunciator to my home fire alarm system, he shows a bypass for the garage building chimes.

They should've made it five digits, but the last four stay the same they should've added one in front the current first one EX; 24032 to represent: (Numbers 1 & 2) for the last two digits of the year (Numbers 3 & 4) for the month (Number 5) for the week Just for easier things in the future
