The latest survey results from the Labour and Welfare Bureau show that among TTPS talents employed in Hong Kong, the median monthly income is around HKD 50,000. Approximately 25% of them earn HKD 100,000 per month, and about 10% earn HKD 200,000 or above. The TTPS aims to address challenges related to an aging population and labor force loss, serving as an immigration scheme to support the development of Hong Kong’s economy. This 'competing for talents' initiative aims to attract top talents with extensive work experience and advanced academic qualifications from around the world, along with other talent recruitment schemes.
